Pesto:
- 2 Cups of Fresh Basil (washed and dried)
- 1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 of Pine Nuts
- 2 Garlic Cloves (peeled)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
- Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
Who doesn’t love some pesto?
Using a food processor chop up the basil, pine nuts, cheese, and garlic together. Then add about 1/2 a cup of olive oil and blend. Keeping adding more olive oil till you have your pesto at the right consistency to your liking. Then season to your taste with salt and pepper.
You can refrigerate the pesto up to 2-3 days.
Pretty easy huh?
